Quercetin (from Sophora Japonica) .......................... 200 Milligrams

Lentinula edodes (Shiitake - Fruiting body) .......................... 50 Milligrams

Zinc (Zinc bisglycinate) .......................... 12 Milligrams

Copper (Copper (II) bisglycinate) .......................... 1 Milligram

Recommended Use: Helps in connective tissue formation, to forms red blood cells, maintain healthy bones, hair, nail and/or skin, maintain healthy skin, maintain normal iron transport in the body & with immune function. Source of antioxidant(s) that help, fight & protect cells against the oxidative effect of oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 18+: 1 Capsule daily, with food a few hrs before/after other medications or natural health products.  Store in airtight container, protect from light, heat & moisture.
