    Deliveries delays to be 4 times more than the normal expectancy date.

        • Vitatree customers should anticipate delivery delays for the foreseeable future, as deliveries hit record levels with our local and global shipping partners, who are responding to unprecedented volumes while maintaining important physical distancing measures.
        • Vitatree customers should expect approx. three to four times the normal delivery time stated online. Note: If you selected priority shipping at 2-3 days you should anticipate 8-12 business days or if you selected regular shipping at 1 week, you should anticipate 3-4 weeks. These are estimated dates only and you should contract the shipping company with your tracking number for an accurate update. 
        • Vitatree is also experiencing higher than normal call volumes. Before calling Vitatree, go to advised shipping website with you tracking number and monitor your delivery status. This is the quickest and easiest way for you to get an delivery update. If your shipping status appears as “in transit”, Vitatree has successfully sent the product and the parcel is at the shipping facility. Unless the tracking status says “lost" or a similar status, Vitatree can not issue a refund claim.
        • Parcels sent outside Canada must clear customs. Vitatree and its shipping partners are not responsible for extended delays caused by customs.
